Yes, we offer family rooms as well as the option of extra beds or baby cots. 
To ensure your room is prepared accordingly, please let us know your preferences at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies depend on the selected rate. For flexible bookings, cancellation is usually free of charge up to a certain period before arrival. Full details will be provided upon confirmation, or you can contact us at sales@urbanhotel.si.

Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate and is served as a buffet. We also offer options for special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). Please inform us in advance.

Yes, the hotel is easily accessible by car. You can briefly stop in front of the entrance to unload your luggage. For parking, several nearby options are available within a short walking distance: 

• PH Kozolec – approx. 5-minute walk  

• PH Ilirija – approx. 5-minute walk  

• Parking Tivoli I – approx. 7-minute walk  

• Urban Ring Hotel (free parking) – approx. 10-minute drive  

Alternatively, you can park free of charge at our partner location in front of Urban Ring Hotel. After parking, please visit the reception at Urban Ring Hotel, where the staff will arrange a taxi or provide public transport information.

Transfer to the city centre: A taxi can be arranged at a fixed price of €12 per ride, taking you directly to Urban Boutique Hotel (approx. 10 minutes). 
Public transport: You can also use the city bus (€1.50 per person), with stops located near both hotels. 

Airport transfers can be arranged upon prior request.

Upon request, we can assist you in arranging transfers from Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport or other locations. We recommend booking this service in advance.
